Requirements :

Male, max 40 year old

Min S1 majoring civil engineering

Able to organize & coordinate the Contractor / Subcontractors & all personnel involved in project implementation

Ability to Plan & Control Engineering Construction Project Progress

Master Job Scheduling, resource scheduling, cost control, contract management, inventory & quality assurance.

Have the ability to analyze images of construction

Monitor and maintain the project time schedule

Capable of handling consumer complaints resolution

Great communication skill and Team Player

3+ years as a site manager or project in construction or developer company

Ready to handle job pressure

Highly motivated, dynamic, excellent communication and leadership skill

Have the ability to create bill of quantity form architectural drawings for the purpose of tendering documents to contractors

Have the ability to evaluate construction progress

Have the ability to set construction budget
